NEW SCHEDULER INFO!

We’re utilizing a new software system in our office! Our new online scheduler can be accessed below.

1) You will be asked to enter basic data and confirm that it’s you.

2) You’ll be asked to choose an appointment type and your provider of choice

3) You’ll be asked to choose a date and time.

4) If you haven’t utilized the new scheduler, you’ll be asked to enter your credit card/HSA/FSA info - we need to update this info into our new system.
